Over the past two weeks there has been intermittent packet loss affecting customers routing through our upstream provider in New York. During this time we have had many complaints of robotic voice and disconnections.
We appreciate your patience while we worked with our providers to determine the cause and resolution to the issue. As of JAN-21-2014 we have been informed that the specific issue has been resolved by our upstream provider in New York and wanted to follow up regarding the progress on this issue. At this time we are continuing to monitor the situation and are engaged with our providers should further issues appear.
